Supplementary regulations
The Faculty of Graduate Studies is a pan-University faculty that is responsible for the oversight of the administration of all graduate programs at the University.
Supplementary regulations by unit
The regulations in the Faculty of Graduate Studies Academic Guide apply to all graduate students in all programs in all academic units. Individual programs/units may require specific requirements above and beyond those in the Academic Guide, and students should consult the supplementary regulations governing their program for these specific regulations. All supplementary regulations require approval of the Faculty of Graduate Studies. Note that the supplementary regulations linked below may be organized by department/unit or by program.

Students must meet requirements as outlined in both Supplementary Regulation and Bona Fide Academic Requirements (BFAR) documents as approved by Senate. Students must also meet additional requirements that may be specified for their program.
