Send an email to using your myumanitoba student email. If you cannot access your myumanitoba email, provide a copy of your government-issued photo-ID (e.g. license) to confirm your identity. Please be sure to include your student number in the email.

Order transcripts and other documents

Official transcripts are normally required to support applications for admission to academic programs at another institution and sometimes for employment applications. Student Records also keeps proof of graduation and registration RESPs. At tax time, tuition tax receipts are available in Aurora.

How do I order documents?

Documents can currently be ordered two ways, depending on your student status.

The first method is to order the document through your Aurora Account. If you have access to Aurora, and you are needing a document that can be requested through Aurora, you are required to make that request through your Aurora Account.

If you do not have access to Aurora (alumni from before 2006), or the document you require is not available to order on Aurora, you can fill out the PDF request form and send it in by email. This will be sent using either your student email or, if you do not have access to your student email account, you will be required to submit a copy of your government-issued photo ID.

The Registrar’s Office is currently closed to the public.

  1. Fill out a PDF form from one of the menu items below.
  2. Email the form to
    • Ensure you are emailing from your student email account.
    • If you no longer have access to your student email, we will require a copy of your government-issued photo ID to confirm your identity.
  3. Receive an email from the Registrar's Office if there was an issue with your payment. 
  4. Documents will only be delivered by Standard mail.

-  If you do not have access to Aurora (no Aurora Account) and would like a document that is available on Aurora, please email us the completed order form alongside your government-issued photo ID. 

 -  If you require a document that is not available for request on Aurora, we will accept the completed form by email, from your student email.
