BOTH THE ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN ORIENTATION and UML ATTENDANCE ARE MANDATORY.
There is also an expectation that students will activate their printing account with CADLab by or before Orientation Day to ensure it is ready for use during EVDS 2100: Urban Media Lab.

Students enrolled in EVDS 2100 must have a DSLR camera ready for use by the course's start date (August 31, 2026). The camera can be new or used, and it may be purchased or borrowed.
Camera specifications for purchasing a new camera will be available soon.
Students may sign out one of the 20 Canon EOS RP full-frame mirrorless cameras from CADLab on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check CADLab's operating hours when planning to sign out equipment. The sign-out process begins on August 17th, 2026, and arrangements for pick-up must be made by or before the orientation day.
