Biography

Dr. Illia Roskoshnyi is a visionary scholar, lawyer and entrepreneur whose work has transformed practices in both the business industry and legal thinking. In his younger years, he recognized his desire to dedicate his career to entrepreneurship and law. To achieve this goal, he pursued an education by studying law, economics, and technology simultaneously at three educational institutions. During his studies, his research encompassed various topics, including an analysis of effective management and behavioural economics which culminated in his senior thesis titled “Theoretical Foundations of CEO Effectiveness”; a research of machine learning techniques and optimization of transportation technology resulted in a master degree “Transportation Logistics and Transport Management”; an examination of intellectual property, which ultimately formed the basis of his master’s thesis titled “Related Rights of Phonograms’ Producers”; and a study of Political, Economic, Legal History, Theory and Philosophy which resulted in his dissertation titled “Constitutional and Legal Principles of Human State Interaction in the Information Society.” The theoretical skills he acquired allowed Dr. Roskoshnyi to apply his knowledge in practice effectively. He opened several successful businesses and represented clients as a lawyer in various judicial and administrative bodies, including the Supreme Court and the European Court of Human Rights. The skills he has acquired allow him to conduct quantitative and qualitative research on a wide range of topics and teach and mentor students effectively.

Beyond his research and teaching abilities, Dr. Roskoshnyi is passionate about sports and philosophy. He has been a professional soccer referee for over 10 years and in his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, basketball, soccer, chess and reading
