The Career, Community and Experiential Learning Centre (CCELC) supports student learning and development through early engagement in career planning, competency development, community engagement and experiential learning.

The CCELC is committed to elevating the experience of UM students and expanding their connections with the community in and outside the UM.
The CCELC offers services and programs to help you find experiential learning and student involvement opportunities both on- and off-campus.
The CCELC develops, facilitates, coordinates, and connects students to professional and career development resources.
UMConnect serves as a central hub for involvement at the University of Manitoba. It is a repository of experiences that provide Experience Record recognition, job and volunteer opportunities and events that are open to students.
The CCELC is committed to providing opportunities and sharing knowledge on Indigenous education and land-based learning with our wider community.
The CCELC collaborates with members of the wider community to provide students with valuable information, opportunities and experiences to help them develop in a professional capacity.
Employer, industry and community partners who would like to gain access to UMConnect's Experience Catalogue and volunteer and job boards must submit an Industry & Community Partner Registration.
The CCELC supports faculties and administrative units at the University by lending our expertise, developing resources, and sharing information about career, community, and student development.
