Memberships are not being reactivated automatically.
Please watch your email for instructions on how to reactive you membership, which includes completing an online waiver. Once your waiver is complete and membership reactivated, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to book your workout time slot or sign up for a group fitness class online.
If you are unable to complete the waiver online, please call our Customer Service team at 204-474-6100.
We understand you may not be ready to reactivate your membership. If you do not complete the waiver to reactivate your membership, we automatically applied a prorated credit to your account for membership, locker and towel service (if applicable) for future use. When you are ready to come back, please connect with us to discuss membership options.
The amount of time memberships will be extended will be based on the number of days we were closed and the amount of time you had left on your membership.
