For communities on the Bannatyne campus, there is a special reduced membership giving you access to a wide variety of fitness programs, recreation facilities and certified staff exclusively at the Joe Doupe recreation centre.
With no enrolment fees, you can become a member and join our welcoming community.
To access the Joe Doupe Recreation Centre, please enter via the Brodie Centre main doors and proceed downstairs to the Joe Doupe Recreation Centre. After 5:30 p.m. an access card is required for entry.

All Fitness attendants are certified Clinical Exercise Physiologists (CEP) or Certified Personal Trainers (CPT) to provide you with the best guidance possible.
Join a variety of free fitness classes lead by our certified instructors to help you on your way to goals or change up your routine.
All members can book a 30 minute session & with an fitness attendant to talk about your health and fitness goals, get a guided tour through the facilities and learn how to access important information.
