Role

Hayley collaborates closely with the Research Lead - Science of Teaching and Learning to develop robust evaluation plans and quality assurance processes within the Centre. Her responsibilities include designing evaluation frameworks, project objectives, and educational programmes in collaboration with faculty members and educational developers. Additionally, Hayley develops tools for data collection, drafts comprehensive reports on evaluation progress, and analyses statistical data relevant to Centre initiatives.

Biography

Hayley has over seven years of experience in the field of education, specialising in early childhood education and special education, particularly for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or physical disabilities. She is a registered Early Childhood Educator and an Accredited Practitioner of Paediatric Autism Communication Therapy (PACT). Hayley obtained her Master of Education degree, focusing her thesis on early numeracy interests, environments, and the development of numeracy abilities in preschoolers. Her passion for teaching and educational projects emerged early in her career, leading her to participate in several education research projects in Asia.
