As a member of the Science of Teaching and Learning team, Ibi uses program evaluation methods to collaborate with faculty on the design, development, and implementation of evaluation projects related to academic programming, program effectiveness as well as curriculum review and development. She also develops resources for faculties, facilitates retreats, workshops, and provides individualized support as required to faculties.
Ibiyemi (Ibi) Arowolo Ph.D. is a graduate of Psychology from Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom. Her background includes many years of teaching, research, mentoring, hands-on and managerial experience in providing life skills and support services to faculty, young individuals, students as well as individuals that are psychologically vulnerable. Ibi has experience doing research using mixed approaches, particularly qualitative methods. Her areas of research interests are the science of teaching and learning, Clinical Psychology topics, Acquired brain Injury and Mood disorders. Ibi is currently an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at the University of Winnipeg and previously an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Providence University College. She is also a review editor at Frontiers in Psychiatry- Psychological Therapies.
