Campus tours

Fridays at 9:30 a.m and 1:30 p.m.

Join current students and staff for a guided tour of the Fort Garry campus in south Winnipeg. We’ll show you the buildings and classrooms where students spend the majority of their time and introduce you to our academic programs and services. Allow approximately two hours for your visit.

Tours for larger groups, Indigenous students and their families, and those interested in recreation facilities are also available.

Minnesota Student Day

Minnesota Student Day is a campus visit day exclusively for prospective USA students and families from Minnesota. It coincides with MEA school break and Minnesota student college/university exploration.

In-person event: Pembina Hall Lounge, Fort Garry campus

Join us for a guided campus tour, residence visit and an overview of how the application process works for prospective students from Minnesota. Choose to attend either our morning or afternoon session (do not register to attend both sessions). Registered guests will be emailed event instructions and parking information to review ahead of your visit.

Fall Open House

UM’s annual Fall Open House is best suited for grade 12 students, as well as parents and supporters. During this event, you'll learn about UM faculties and programs, the application process, and scholarships and awards.
