Please note: this event is intended for prospective undergraduate students. Students seeking information about graduate programs (Masters/PhD) are encouraged to contact the Faculty of Graduate Studies for more information.

Win a $3,000 tuition prize! Grade 12 students - attend our Winter Open House on Feb. 20 for a chance to win a $3,000 tuition prize to be applied to your 2025-2026 University of Manitoba tuition fees! Some conditions apply, winner will be contacted following the Feb. 20 event.

Our Winter Open House is a come-and-go style event: come anytime between 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 20 and attend what you wish from our schedule of presentations and tours. Full schedule to be released in February 2025.

INFORMATION VILLAGE -- 2nd floor, UMSU University Centre: 
Explore UM faculties, programs and services in our information village, open throughout the event. Browse over 60 info booths and meet with program advisors, staff and current students. All UM faculties and academic programs are represented, as are most major campus service providers.

Choose what to attend from our schedule of presentations and tours, offered throughout the day. To be brought to your choice of presentation, meet at the departure stations on the 1st floor of University Centre at the posted times. See below for the full schedule of presentations and tours being offered (subject to change).

Winter Open House Presentation and Tour Schedule

All sessions take place on Thurs. Feb. 20 and are approximately 45 minutes long. Session times overlap so guests are encouraged to plan their day accordingly. Please note that all session titles and times are subject to change.

All guests are encouraged to meet at the corresponding departure station for their choice of presentation to be taken to the presentation room by volunteers. All departure stations can be found on the first floor of UMSU University Centre near the Main Stage. Campus tour check-in is also located nearby the Main Stage in Fireplace Lounge.

Free parking is provided for buses and guest vehicles in the Q student parking lot on the north side of campus. From Q lot, follow the posted signs to University Centre for the event, it's an approx. 5 minute walk from parking to University Centre.
