New Buffalo Education Gathering
The New Buffalo Education Gathering is for Indigenous youth and adults who are thinking about university. If you're curious about what UM has to offer, this one-day open house is for you. You'll meet current Indigenous students, learn about programs and supports and see what life is like on campus.

Location: Multi-purpose rooms, second floor, UMSU University Centre Fort Garry campus, South Winnipeg
The event included:
- A panel of current Indigenous students
- A scholar’s room with information about programs and supports
- Presentations on preparing for university and getting connected at UM
- Optional residence tours
