PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

Time to Completion

Once admitted to a LOP Program, participants must complete all courses in the LOP Program within the designated time for the LOP Program.

Completion

To be awarded a Letter of Participation, participants must successfully complete all LOP Program requirements, within the time noted in the LOP Program requirements.

Upon successful completion of all LOP Program requirements, a participant will receive a Letter of Participation. The Extended Education Council is informed of the list of participants.

Leave of Absence

Leaves of Absence are not available to participants in a LOP Program.

Refunds and Refund Dates

Participants de-registering from the LOP Program prior to the program start date will be eligible for a program fee refund. No refunds are available after the program start date.

Transcripts and Records

Transcripts

Official transcripts are not available.

Records

Extended Education retains participant records.

Provisional Completion Letters

Upon completing all LOP Program requirements but prior to graduation, a participant may request a provisional completion letter noting the participant has completed all LOP Program requirements. The participant shall contact Student Services, Extended Education to make this request, and will be required to pay any associated fees.
