Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:
- have a basic overview of the dimensions of effective leadership in an academic setting
- have a better understanding of your own skills as a leader, and how you acquired them and can build on them
- better understand how people behave and interact, and the role of the leaders in supporting individuals and teams
- have an understanding of the major shifts that are anticipated in higher education
- have an understanding of the impact of these shifts on academic leadership
