Computational microbiology

Research in computational microbiology spans many research programs and allows us to understand fungal evolution including that of pathogens, at the population level; investigate microbial physiology and metabolism at the whole-cell or population level, to reveal novel solutions to green energy production and synthesis of bioproducts and to utilize metabolic modelling to optimize the use of microbes.
