People who have graduated from the University of Manitoba are eligible for a number of services campus-wide, including limited library access.

Retired University of Manitoba faculty and staff have on-site access to library collections and limited borrowing privileges.

Citizen users
Citizen users are welcome to access any library during general opening hours to access in-person library services. To borrow, a citizen user needs to pay a yearly access fee and register for a Citizen Borrower card.
International College of Manitoba (ICM) Students
ICM students have access to physical library collections and a limited selection of off-campus databases.

Visiting scholars and students from institutions that have a reciprocal borrowing agreement with the University of Manitoba Libraries can learn more about their potential access in our borrowing guidelines.

WRHA Virtual Library
WRHA staff, WRHA contracted physicians, and staff at Type 1 Community Health Agencies and Personal Care Homes are able to access the WRHA Virtual Library.
MHIKNET
MHIKNET is Manitoba's Health Information and Knowledge Network, and is a service provided by the University of Manitoba's Health Sciences Libraries to staff of Manitoba Health, Seniors & Active Living, staff of participating Regional Health Authorities, and fee-for-service physicians in Manitoba.
