Want to make a difference in the world of science? WISDOM is for you!

Our organization is a Rady Faculty of Health Sciences instituted initiative at the University of Manitoba and affiliated with the Society for Canadian Women in Science and Technology.

We offer mentorship for women in science, especially for those in the early career stages, and provide opportunities for professional development and community engagement. We also strive to raise awareness and guide policy development that ensures gender equity in all aspects of academic activity within the University of Manitoba.

People of all gender identities are invited to join WISDOM and be part of a community that is committed to promoting gender equity and diversity in the field of science. Together, we can make a difference.
