Congratulations on your achievement. As an Intensive Program Package graduate, we want you to know the date for your 2024 graduation is June 13. We look forward to celebrating the completion of your program with you. A formal invitation with RSVP and gown rentals will be emailed in April.

1:30 pm - Summer 2024 graduates - completed course work in April 2024
7:00 pm - Winter 2024 graduates - completed course work in December 2023
Student Attire: You must order academic attire in advance. Rental fees apply.

Grad is just around the corner! You have worked hard, and we invite you to sign up for a professional photo session to commemorate your great achievement.
The session fee is $25.00. This does not cover the cost of the photos, if you decide to purchase them.
Photography is by Lifetouch. Photos can be purchased from the Lifetouch website.
UM Extended Education graduation photos will be taken the week of April 29 to May 3, 2024.
All graduates must order and wear Academic Regalia (cap and gown) in order to attend the graduation ceremony.

Parchments will be available for pickup in the Student Services offices from June 14 to June 28. After that date, parchments will be mailed through Canada Post to the address on your student record in Aurora.
Please ensure we have your correct mailing address by May 22. Parchments not picked up will be delivered to Canada Post for distribution on May 22. We will send any document via standard mail to an international address at no extra charge.
The University of Manitoba will hold unclaimed parchments for a maximum of 12 months after graduation, including those returned to us as undeliverable. We will destroy any unclaimed parchments after 12 months.
If you do not receive your parchment, it is your responsibility to follow up with Extended Education office within this 12-month period. Any requests for your parchment after this time will be processed as a Request for Replacement Parchment, at the cost of $77.00 (subject to change).
