Fall 2022 graduation for intensive program package graduates will be held as an in-person event later in the fall term. The date will be announced shortly.
Extended Education 2022 Fall Graduation
Parchments will be available for pick-up at Student Services (185 Extended Education) from October 24, 2022 to November 4, 2022. Any parchments not picked up will be mailed through Canada Post.
Please ensure we have your correct mailing address by Friday, September 30, 2022. Parchments not picked up will be delivered to Canada Post for distribution on November 7, 2022. We will send any document via standard mail to an international address at no extra charge.
Confirm or correct your mailing address
The University of Manitoba will hold unclaimed parchments for a maximum of 12 months after graduation, including those returned to us as undeliverable. We will destroy any unclaimed parchments after 12 months.
If you do not receive your parchment, it is your responsibility to follow up with Extended Education office within this 12-month period. Any requests for your parchment after this time will be processed as a Request for Replacement Parchment, at the cost of $75.00 (subject to change).
