It’s also connected to cutting-edge research in the field of BIM with its Special Topics course offerings. You will learn practical applications and all about up and coming areas in Canada and internationally.

Program details

This program is for Canadian citizens and permanent residents. Information for international students who wish to study with us can be found at intensive program packages.

Credential: Certificate in Building Information Modeling

Fees: $1,935 for required courses, plus electives and $100 non-refundable application fee

Expected duration: 18 months to 3 years

Admission requirements: Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, or mature student status.  If primary language is not English, proof of English proficiency is required.

Building Transformations CanBIM certified. CanBIM Foundations Theory – Proficient (T4) The University of Manitoba Extended Education Building Information Modeling certificate is certified as CanBIM Foundations – Theory: Proficient (T4).

Canadian Construction Association Gold Seal Certification
The Canadian Construction Association has provided Gold Seal Certification for all courses in the University of Manitoba Extended Education Building Information Modeling program.
