Financial aid and awards

"Since childhood, I’ve had the privilege of discovering my own interests and passions, but I know not everybody is as fortunate. To receive this award is indescribably validating to me. I see it as a statement that the work I do in my community is worth continuing."
– Mia Battad, 2019 Schulich Leader Scholarship recipient

Each year, UM distributes millions of dollars in awards to new and returning students in the form of scholarships, bursaries and prizes based on financial need and academic merit.
