Overview and impact
This program takes a comprehensive view of "the total project" from the organizational and planning stages to the actual implementation stage. You'll focus on real-world scenarios, taking examples from your workplace to practice key skills and ensure you leave with the knowledge you need to lead your organization's projects, large or small.

This program equips you with essential skills and strategies to manage the full life cycle of a project effectively—from initial planning and goal-setting to successful execution and delivery. Through interactive learning and real-world scenarios, you will apply fundamental project management concepts to maintain control over time, scope, quality, and costs, while strengthening collaboration with project teams and stakeholders. By the end of the program, you will have the tools to manage and deliver projects that meet or exceed organizational goals.
As a participant, you will be eligible for 14 qualifying hours (Contact Hours) of education toward the PMP or CAPM certificates, or 14 Professional Development Units (PDUs).
At the conclusion of the program, participants also receive a Certificate of Completion from the I.H. Asper School of Business’ James W. Burns Executive Education Centre.
