Bio
David Linton, MCIP, CE. Born and raised in Winnipeg, he has lived and worked in the Greater Vancouver area, as well as in Nunavut and other remote Canadian locations. His career experience includes research and analysis with the Province of Manitoba, Prairie Research Associates, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, the Urban Development Institute (Pacific Region), the Institute of Urban Studies, the Social Planning Council of Winnipeg, and Environment Canada. In addition to degrees from the University of Winnipeg and University of Manitoba, he has also studied at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy.
