Executive Team

Senior Stick
The leader of SJCSA, setting the direction of the year, overseeing all activities, and ensuring the association effectively represents student interests. 

Vice Stick
Supports the Senior Stick by coordinating the work of both executive and non-executive members and steps in whenever leadership guidance is needed.

Treasurer
Manages the association's finances, overseeing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring funds are used responsibly to support events and student programs.

Student Services Director
Focuses on enhancing student life by coordinating programs, resources, and support services, acting as a point of contact for student needs.

Executive Assistant / Secretary
Keeps the association organized by maintaining records, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring smooth communication across the team. 

Chairperson
Plays a key role in facilitating meetings and ensuring efficient council operations. 

UMSU Representative
Representing St John's College beyond the College itself, the UMSU representative brings student concerns to the University of Manitoba Students' Union and advocates for the interests of their peers.

Religious Affairs Representative
Organizes faith-based and spiritual events, creating opportunities for reflection, service, and community connection.

Sport Representative
Encourages student participation in athletic and recreational activities, promoting wellness and engagement.

Programming Director
Designs, plans, and executes social and cultural events, working closely with other team members and student volunteers to make campus life vibrant.

Communications Director
Manages all SJCSA communications, from social media to newsletters, ensuring students are informed and engaged.

Yearbook Director
Oversees the creation of the annual yearbook or event documentation, coordinating photography, design, and content collection to capture the year’s memories.
