Research
Dr. Khan’s research focuses on economic justice for historically marginalized populations. Specifically, his research interests include the following areas:
- Economic well-being
- Economic security and resilience
- Migration
- Decolonization
Teaching and supervision
Dr. Khan's teaching interests include social welfare, social policy, management and leadership in social service organizations, and research methods.
Dr. Khan also provides training and supervision to undergraduate and graduate students and builds research skills and capacity among student researchers in the areas of economic well-being, migration, and decolonization.
