Science Rendezvous 2025 volunteer applications are now open.

Science Rendezvous 2025 takes place at UM Fort Gary Campus on Saturday, May 10. Discover Days 2025, an invite-only version of Science Rendezvous, intended for schools only, happens April 29th and 30th this year. We encourage you to also choose to volunteer for Discover Days when you are filling out the Science Rendezvous volunteer application.

Interactive booths

Interested in hosting a booth?

To host a booth for Science Rendezvous 2025, please fill out the following form. We're looking for hands-on, engaging booths geared towards young participants (primarily ages 4 to 10). People should be able to interact with your booth by spending anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes at it. Attendees roam the booth areas freely and visit booths based on what interests them.     We have over 60 interactive science booths and there is so much to explore with your family. Join us to create a memorable weekend.

    Test your luck with Plinko, see glowing uranium glass, learn about birds, satellites, rockets and much more! Covering all areas of science, technology, engineering and math, you can wander wherever your curiosity takes you.

Discover Days are intended to allow students in Grades 3 to 5 an opportunity to experience a science-filled day on campus. If you teach grades 3 to 5 and would like to take part in Discover Days, please visit the Discover Days web page.

Sensory Friendly Quiet Space

Science Rendezvous is a busy event that can be overwhelming. We have set aside a room where anyone needing a few minutes of quiet is welcome to sit and relax until they are ready to explore some more!

Sensory Friendly Planetarium Show

This is a special time in the planetarium set aside for those who may feel overwhelmed in a regular planetarium show. The planetarium will be quiet, the lights left on slightly, and the dome covered with a moving background of stars.
