Fun Froggie Fitness program details

This full day program is packed with fun activities that will keep you busy all day long! Participate in organized games, jungle gym activities and singalongs with musical instruments. Please pack a lunch, a nut-free snack and a drink for breaks.

Mini Gym program details

Keep your body moving all day long. Program focuses on gymnastics elements like cartwheels, forward and backward rolls, and balance beam activities, and is combined with fun jungle gym activities throughout the day. Get instruction in movement and motor skills like throwing, catching, hopping and more!

Mini Bisons Hockey I program description

For the beginner or intermediate Bison who can skate independently, understands the basics of hockey and has the ability to maintain puck control in most situations. Learn about passing, shooting, stick handling, skating with control of the puck, the rules of the game, teamwork and fair play. Experience fun dryland exercises and training during our off ice portion of the day.  *Full hockey equipment required.

Experience the fun of skating! This program is ideal for beginner skaters. Lessons focus on the fundamentals (forward skating, stopping, starting, turning and backwards skating) and combines movement-oriented activities and games to encourage fun through learning. If you love all things crafty, this is the camp for you. Improve your skills in drawing and painting. Try splatter painting, sculpting and more! Participants will have some take-home projects at the end of the week. Please bring a large shirt to protect your clothes.

Dinosaur Discovery program details

Take a trip back to prehistoric times when the dinosaurs roamed the Earth. Learn how a T. Rex hunted through challenges tracking light and movement. See how fossils were made and then go out and dig them up yourself! You will also get to visit the Ed Leith Cretaceous Menagerie on campus to see some massive fossils firsthand.

Mini Bisons Basketball I Program Details

Designed by our Bisons head coaches, the Mini Bisons Basketball program allows children to play the game in a focused environment suited to the development of their physical, mental and basketball skills by instituting long-term athlete development (LTAD) modifications to the adult game. With high repetitions and touches, it is player-oriented with the emphasis is on skill development in combination with the teaching and loading of actions.

Bisons Learn to Skate - Parent & Tot program details

This program is ideal for beginner skaters. Lessons will focus on the fundamentals of skating, gliding, forward skating, stopping, starting and turning. Learn to Skate combines movement-oriented activities and games to encourage fun through learning. The parent/adult accompanying the child should be a confident skater.

Participants are required to bring their own skates, CSA-approved helmets (full face mask recommended) and thick mitts or hockey gloves.
