    • COVID-19 protocols: 
      • In accordance with public health restrictions, proof of COVID-19 vaccination status and photo identification is required at entry to University of Manitoba sport and recreational facilities for all users that are aged 12 years and older.

      • Effective Monday, December 6, youth sport and recreation program participants and visitors aged 12 to 17 will be required to show their COVID vaccination records with proof they have received at least one dose of the vaccine for COVID-19. Alternatively, participants may choose to show a negative rapid test result taken within 72 hours, however as of January 5 2022, proof of negative rapid test will no longer be accepted. Gym members age 12-17 are still required to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. 

      • All facility users and visitors aged 18 and older, are required to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination.

      • At this time only those who can provide proof of approved COVID-19 vaccination status will be admitted.

      • As of January 5, 2022, a full-vaccine mandate at the University of Manitoba will take effect and rapid testing will no longer be an approved alternative to vaccination.
