Appeals

Appeals can be submitted to committees by individuals seeking a re-evaluation of decisions regarding academics, admissions, disciplinary actions, or academic accommodation.

  • Academic accommodation appeals

    Revisit decisions relating to accommodation of a disability which adversely affects a student, either as a student or academic staff member.

  • Admission appeals

    Applicants who want a reconsideration regarding their admission to the University of Manitoba, its faculties, or programs.

  • Discipline appeals

    Request reconsideration on decisions regarding disciplinary actions.

  • Academic appeals

    Appeal decisions regarding academic progress or awards.

All appeals must follow the policies and procedures outlined by UM's governing documents.
