    In this unique program for the Government of Manitoba employees who are entering or currently fill mid-management roles as well as those who aspire to other leadership positions, you will cultivate and enhance your public sector management skills and gain valuable networking opportunities with others from many different provincial departments.

You will be screened and accepted by the Civil Service Commission through the Government of Manitoba. If approved, you will attend the annual orientation and begin the program as a cohort.
