Learning outcomes

Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

  • adopt methods for mapping a pathway from idea to action
  • identify factors that contribute to or impede the realization of innovation opportunities
  • examine project planning, resource mapping, and change management strategies to support implementation of innovative ideas
  • apply various ways of thinking through problems creatively and critically to experiment, develop, and test ideas that consider both short- and long-term goals
  • enhance communication through listening attentively, expressing ideas, and negotiating meaning effectively in written and verbal form
  • reflect on personal values and purpose in shaping innovative work and how curiosity and resilience can support you through implementation of opportunities
