Learning outcomes

Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

• create a lesson plan based on facilitating student centered learning activities and using adult education approaches to teaching and learning
• develop community building instructional materials, based on program delivery typical of an adult education program or course
• evaluate an instructional tool used for building communities of learning
• select appropriate skill-building and skill-using instructional activities
• create an evaluation and assessment strategy for student learning and reflection
