Priya S. Mani completed her master’s degree in counselling psychology through the University of Ottawa. She received her PhD from the University of Victoria through the faculty of education in the area of educational psychology. Priya joined the faculty of education with a specialization in the area of counselling psychology, at the University of Manitoba. Originally, her research focused on aspects pertaining to perspectives on career development and second-generation, Indo-Canadian young adults. Recently, her research interests encompass a special attention to issues of diversity, identity, and the career development of counsellors.
