Ariful works for The Centre as an Instructional Designer on the Flexible Learning team focusing on Manitoba’s Flexible Learning HUB. He supports the team to enhance capacity and potential of online higher education in Manitoba across institutions (i.e., Assiniboine Community College, Brandon University, Red River College Polytech, University of Manitoba, University of Winnipeg, University College of the North, Université de Saint-Boniface). Ariful supports course authors and instructors in developing engaging online courses. His role contributes to the furtherance of the online learning ecosystem in Manitoba through the Manitoba’s Flexible Learning HUB.
Ariful is experienced in learning design with a demonstrated history of working at diverse academic and non-profit organizations and technology driven innovation in the global south. Additionally, he contributed on project facilitation, learning management, research, and capacity development. Ariful pursued the Master of Education - MEd focused in Non-formal and Continuing Education from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
