Overview and impact
Storytelling has become one of the most powerful tools for leaders to engage, influence, and inspire action. Whether communicating with employees, customers, or stakeholders, the ability to craft and share authentic stories is essential for creating a lasting impact.

This program focuses on the strategic use of storytelling for leadership, offering practical insights and hands-on strategies for engaging audiences and fostering deeper connections with your brand and organization. By integrating best practices and real-world case studies, you’ll learn how to share compelling leadership stories that align with business goals, motivate teams, and drive action.
Through interactive sessions and collaborative exercises, participants will explore key storytelling principles, discover when and how to tell stories that resonate, and acquire techniques to measure the success of their storytelling initiatives. By the end of the program, you’ll be equipped with the skills to effectively share your story, build trust, and create a culture of storytelling within your organization.
At the conclusion of the program, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from the I.H. Asper School of Business’ James W. Burns Executive Education Centre.
