    Jennifer Montebruno is the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Officer in Human Resources where she is currently supporting initiatives and projects to help Human Resources meet the University of Manitoba’s strategic goals in equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility. 

    She has a background in non-profit management, facilitation, consulting and training, leadership development and community engagement, with a track record for building and strengthening collaborative partnerships through an intersectional and inclusive approach.  Jennifer holds an undergraduate degree and management certificate from the University of Winnipeg.
