Why this program?

Organizations that embrace Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) thrive, helping to transform the workforce culture into one that benefits everyone. Leaders who model inclusive behaviours increase employee satisfaction and engagement, recruit and nurture top talent, develop collaborative and innovative approaches to problem-solving, and influence overall organizational success.

In this program you will engage in facilitated discussions, experiential activities and case research to emerge with a clear strategy to drive positive change within your organization’s culture.

During this program, you will:

  • Discuss the difference between equity, diversity and inclusion and why each is critical to success.
  • Examine how EDI affects yourself, your team and your organization.
  • Develop the leadership skills needed to create impactful and lasting change through EDI.

Who should attend?

Managers or executives who want to develop their understanding of how EDI affects the workplace and gain the leadership skills needed to implement EDI strategies and systems in their organization.
