Executive Education Program Banner Digital Transformation

Why this program?

In today’s digital era, increasing digitization and rapidly evolving customer journeys are significantly impacting the way organizations create and deliver value to their customers. To address new customer needs effectively and thrive in today’s dynamic market landscape, leaders must rethink their approaches to value creation and delivery.

The expectations of higher value from personalization is driving organizations across industries to increase their investments in AI. For instance, Ulta Beauty invested in AI technology to offer augmented reality (AR) and virtual try-ons, enhancing the customer experience. IntelligentX, a UK-based brewing company’s AI algorithms use customer feedback about beer preferences to provide suggestions about new brew recipes to the brewmaster.

A 2019 MIT Sloan Management Review Research Study conducted in collaboration with the Boston Consulting Group, involving over 2,500 executives, revealed that 90% of the respondents stated that their companies had invested in AI. However, fewer than 40% of them believed they were able to capitalize on their AI investments successfully. This program provides a strategic perspective on how to rethink marketing, value creation, and delivery through a digital lens. This program is designed to give participants the frameworks, concepts, and tools necessary to drive profitable growth by adopting a strategic approach to marketing in digital environments.
