About
The systems we use to organize work were built for a different era. But the world has changed—shouldn't our leadership approach change too?
This thought-provoking session challenges a fundamental question: What if today's leadership and productivity challenges aren't cultural failures—but predictable outcomes of outdated system design?
Despite operating in a digital, always-on world, many organizations are still structured around outdated assumptions: linear careers, rigid work models, centralized decision-making, and policies that no longer reflect how people live and work today. The result is friction—between strategy and execution, performance and wellbeing, expectations and reality.
This interactive discussion and networking reception will explore:
- Systems and performance – How the design of work shapes behavior, productivity, and outcomes
- Leadership pipelines – Why modern systems are essential for sustainable leadership and talent retention
- Equity as a performance lever – How equitable design strengthens organizational resilience and results
- Future-ready organizations – What it takes to build structures that support trust, ownership, and impact
Rather than focusing on perks or incremental policy changes, this conversation centres on system design—how work is structured, how decisions are made, and how value is created across organizations, families, and communities.
This event is designed for senior leaders, managers, board members, and policymakers who are interested in:
- Leading through complexity and change
- Building high-performing, future-ready organizations
- Understanding the economic and cultural implications of modern work design
Join us for a future-focused, practical discussion on leadership and system design for the realities of modern work.
