Biography

I have worked at the University of Manitoba in the Department of Political Studies since 1998. My areas of expertise include gender and conflict. I wrote a book on this subject entitled Women in Zones of Conflict: Power and Resistance in Israel published by McGill-Queen's University Press. I am also interested in the Middle Eastern region. I wrote a book entitled Bridging the Barrier: Israeli Unilateral Disengagement, published by Ashgate Press. In addition, I have many book chapters and peer-reviewed academic articles on a variety of topics.
