Good design at the end of the world
What does climate change, the Blue Box program, used furniture and plastic recycling have in common? They are all broken systems that can be repaired with better design and honest action. Starting with the Sustainability in Action Facility here on campus and stretching to Austrian recycling technologies and the Piet Hein Eek art hotel, this lecture looks at how these systems operate and what is possible through good design.
