President's reception

President's receptions are held in the spring and fall of each year and allow an opportunity to connect with the President and other members of the retirees association.

Upcoming receptions

The University of Manitoba 54th Spring President's Reception is being held on Sunday, April 27, 2025 at 2 p.m. in McLuhan Hall, University Centre, Fort Garry campus.

Diane Hiebert-Murphy, Provost and Vice-President (Academic) will speak on recent developments and priorities of the university. President Benarroch cannot be present.

Also, winners of the 2025 Three Minute Thesis® competition will present their research.
