Student Wellness Centre

We know that supporting students' health and wellbeing contributes significantly to academic success.

What to Expect

The Student Wellness Centre will be open on a drop-in basis and will provide an opportunity for students with an interest in health and wellness to connect with each other. Health and wellness professionals and trained peer educators will be available for consultation and support (on a drop in and appointment basis) and the space will also host health and wellness preventive and promotional initiatives. Students are invited to visit the lounge area to rest, recharge, connect, and learn.

Watch for the SWC at the Bannatyne Campus!

Boost your well-being at the Student Wellness Centre’s monthly pop-up events, held throughout the academic year at the Bannatyne campus. These events are designed to help you navigate essential health resources while discovering practical strategies for managing the rigors of academic life. Each pop-up features engaging wellness activities, and once per term, we bring the calming presence of pet therapy to campus for some much-needed stress relief. Whether you have questions about campus services, community services, or just need a mindful break, visit the Student Wellness Centre website or check us out on Instagram (@healthyuofm) to view the upcoming Bannatyne events and join us in building a healthier community.
