Performance opportunities

Playing with Michael Bublé, and more

Our students often have performance opportunities beyond those of their course requirements, thanks to their ties to the faculty and the Winnipeg music community. In 2019 students performed with Michael Bublé and have also performed with the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra and at the Winnipeg New Music Festival. The University Singers participate in a European tour every two years, a highlight of their choral music experience.

  • FMSA Council

    The Desautels Faculty of Music Students’ Association (FMSA) Council works to build a professional and supportive community within the faculty and advocates on behalf of students. They host and are involved in activities throughout the year.
