One-on-one consultations are available for faculty and staff organizing international travel. Contact Breanne Guiboche, International Engagement Officer, at Breanne.Guiboche@umanitoba.ca for assistance with:
- designing pre-departure training
- integration of assessment (for example, IDI Intercultural Development Inventory)
- developing mobility program administration and mobility data management
International SOS Foundation Duty of Care Training – the world’s only IOSH-certified Duty of Care Training provides the knowledge and skills necessary to actively participate in the management of safe, healthy and secure travel for the mobile workforce (or students)
Safety for Supervisors training resource through the U of M’s LOD – workplace health and safety considerations for supervisors (not specific to travel, useful primarily for domestic travel)
