Create an IT ticket to report a problem with a university-owned printer. Someone from the IST Service Desk will contact you to ask for more information and assist you.
Please provide the following information in your ticket:
- Printer name (For example, office-123)
- Printer manufacturer (For example, HP)
- Printer model (For example, HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer)
- Printer serial number
- If applicable, computer services tag number (yellow sticker with IST####).
- Building name (For example, Fletcher Argue)
- Location/Room (For example, 123)
