The annual general Career Fair at the University of Manitoba is co-hosted by the Career, Community and Experiential Learning Centre and the Asper School of Business Career Development Centre. In 2026, more than 100 organizations participated and over 2500 students and alumni entered the career fair over the two-day event.

We have a virtual component to the UM Career Fair in partnership with Radancy Hiring Events. Note: reps will not be available to chat in the virtual fair space. This is a repository for information about the organizations attending the UM Career fair.

UM Career Fair workshop

Get ready for the UM Career Fair! Get tips on how to highlight your strengths and skills and impress potential employers. Learn strategies for researching employers, meeting behavioral expectations and utilizing conversation starters with employers.

Job Search workshop

Build on the leads and information learned from the career fair. Stay focused on your job search and learn about additional industry-specific resources and future events, as well as useful job search strategies!

Networking workshop

This workshop will help you to better understand approaches to networking, allow you to practice your professional introduction and boost your confidence as you build positive professional relationships.
