Asper Career Fair

Registration for the 2026 Asper Career Fair opens Wednesday May 27, 2026.

Premier Sponsor includes:

• Two classic booths with up to six (6) representatives (lunch provided)
• Primary featured logo and recognition of support on all marketing materials (digital advertising, website etc.)
• Company logo on the Asper Career Portal for one year with direct link to company website
• Recognition of your sponsorship on the Asper Career Fair webpage including company logo
• Exclusive IG Live event with the opportunity to engage with our audience and address any questions or topics of your choosing

Cancellations received after August 31, 2026 will be charged in full.   

Payments are due by September 11, 2026.

A Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be provided evidencing Comprehensive General Liability Insurance. It must include the following:

1. Not less than $2,000,000.00 ($2Million) per incident
2. With the University added as an "Additional Insured" with respect to liability arising out of the operations of the exhibitor
3. The insurance policy should also include a cross-liability clause

This can be obtained through your insurance broker. The CIO can be scanned and sent to asper_cdc@umanitoba.ca. Your Participation and placement cannot be guaranteed without this policy & documentation.

All exhibitors must provide the Career Development Centre with a copy of their COI by September 12, 2025.

The in-person Asper Career Fair will take place in the student commons on the main floor and the Sony study area on the third floor of the Drake Centre on Wednesday September 23rd, 2026 from 9:30a.m. - 3:00p.m. and will be open to all University of Manitoba students.

Registration is not required.
