Call for Interior Designer – Indigenous Student Space at Taché Hall
The School of Art at the University of Manitoba is committed to fostering a culturally safe and supportive environment for Indigenous students, faculty, and the broader community. In alignment with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's Calls to Action and UM's Our Shared Future principles of reconciliation, we are creating a dedicated gathering space at Taché Hall. This space will serve as a vital hub for Indigenous students, offering culturally-appropriate programming, access to Elders and knowledge keepers, and learning opportunities for all School of Art students and faculty. To achieve this vision, we invite Indigenous Interior Designers to submit their proposals for the design of this space.
