Attend or celebrate an event

Join us throughout the year for a variety of events. Some of these are hosted on campus, while others are larger community or national events that we can participate in as part of our commitment to global sustainability awareness.

Plan a Green Event

Make your next event a sustainable one! Complete the new Green Events certification form and find tips and resources for creating a greener in-person or hybrid event.

  • Have your upcoming event certified “green” by following these steps:

    1. Review the Green Event form (pdf, Word) to begin planning a greener event.
    2. Complete the Green Event form using the link below at least 2-3 weeks before your event.
    3. The Office of Sustainability will review your form, finalize your event's score and send you the appropriate certificate and seal, Bronze, Silver or Gold, for you to promote your sustainability efforts prior to and at your event.
