The Sustainability Ambassador Program is a volunteer leadership program for undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in promoting a culture of sustainability at UM through growth, education, research and action.
As a Sustainability Ambassador, you will lead and inspire the campus community to learn more about sustainability and explore how sustainability practices can change lives in a positive way.
Some benefits of being a Sustainability Ambassador:
Step 1: Complete a Sustainability Ambassadors Registration form to give us a better understanding of your interests and time commitment.
Step 2: Login to UM CareerConnect, search 'Sustainability Ambassador' within the Co-Curricular experiential catalogue and add the position to your co-curricular record.
There are a wide range of active groups on campus working on social, environmental or economic sustainability issues or sustainable development. Many have volunteer or membership opportunities, and we invite you to check them out.
