Teaching style

I believe that people learn best when they are engaged and feel safe. I try to create a climate for learning where students are encouraged and motivated to think, engage, interact and participate. I strive to construct an invitational learning space by being approachable and open to questions. Whether online or in the physical classroom, I seek to make learning fun and inspiring. By incorporating hands on activities, case studies and games, I aim to connect the learner to the material and keep their focus. I enjoy challenging students to critically think and push them to know the "why" behind their choices.
