Research Internships provide an exciting opportunity for undergraduate and graduate nursing students to gain hands-on research experience in a supportive environment alongside other research interns and staff. Students develop practical research skills and receive training that is transferable to their academic studies and future professional roles. They are also given opportunities to co-lead and/or contribute to a wide range of research and scholarly activities and outputs.

Research assistants within the MCNHR Research Internship Program play a key role in supporting and coordinating research and evaluation projects.
Start date: May 2026
End date: April 2027
Hours of work: 10-15 hours/week (in-person; Mon. to Fri.)
Salary: Undergraduate student $20/hour; graduate student $23/hour; and benefits
